Summary
The Senior Manager – Transformation is responsible for driving the design, execution, and governance of the organization’s strategic transformation agenda. The role ensures clear alignment between business objectives and transformation initiatives, while embedding a culture of continuous improvement across functions. This position partners closely with senior leadership, leveraging tools such as JIRA and Confluence to track progress, enhance transparency, and support effective decision making. The role also requires ongoing benchmarking and monitoring of emerging technologies such as AI, Robotics, and Blockchain to support digital evolution and operational efficiency.
Key Pillars of the Role

- Establish governance and reporting standards across all enterprise-wide transformation initiatives on JIRA.
- Lead change management and stakeholder engagement while ensuring strong control over delivery timelines and milestones.
- Translate risks, dependencies, and constraints into actionable execution plans.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and benefits through structured routines and dashboards.
- Promote digitization, automation, and operational efficiency through best-practice frameworks.
- Benchmark current processes and product offerings with local and international markets to identify areas for improvement and define clear action plans.
Major Responsibilities
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of strategic transformation initiatives across Finance House business units.
- Conduct process analysis, GAP assessments, and feasibility studies to identify improvement opportunities and document outcomes on JIRA.
- Develop business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to support solution design and implementation.
- Ensure that proposed solutions align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and operational realities.
- Map and analyse current (“AS-IS”) processes and design improved (“TO-BE”) processes using tools such as Bizagi and other process-mapping platforms.
- Support the Chief Transformation Officer in planning, monitoring, and executing transformation initiatives.
- Analyse data including volumes, cycle times, manual touchpoints, and processing steps to evaluate impact and support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare business cases outlining benefits, costs, and ROI, and record them on the organization’s enterprise tool.
- Facilitate workshops, vendor discussions, and focus groups to gather insights and validate proposed solutions.
- Coordinate closely with Group Strategy and Program Management Office to accelerate implementation of defined initiatives.
- Maintain governance around project reporting on JIRA and other enterprise portals with accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
- Partner with business leaders to secure commitment, alignment, and accountability for transformation outcomes.
- Design and implement change management plans to support adoption of new processes, systems, and behavioural changes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Transformation Officer on risks, execution constraints, and expected performance impact.
- Review initiative progress regularly, ensuring early identification and mitigation of risks and dependencies.
- Develop dashboards and progress reports on JIRA highlighting achievements, constraints, and value delivered.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency, customer experience, and overall productivity.
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive alignment between technology, operations, and business units.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 13+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience in Banking or Financial Services is preferred.
